All items are shipped using the United States Postal Service (USPS).

When can I expect my order?

Your order will be processed and shipped within 1 to 3 business days after checkout. Please keep in mind that orders placed over the weekend will not be processed until the next business day. After your order has been processed, please allow up to 2 weeks for delivery.

What if I never receive my package?
If an order does not reach you, it may have been lost in the mail, or delivered to an incorrect address. In either of these cases, you may be eligible to have a replacement shipped to you. Please contact customer service to make a claim at hello@makingsoapmag.com with the following details:

1) Customer's Full Name
2) Order #
3) Date of Purchase
4) Shipping Address

To be eligible for a replacement shipment, you must make a claim — by notifying our customer service team — within 30 days of the date of purchase.
